Not everything stores the same way, so we do not store it the same way. Our Doral building is split into three working zones, and your stock lives in whichever one fits — or across more than one.
- Ambient — standard racked and floor-stacked dry storage
- Climate-held — temperature- and humidity-managed for sensitive goods
- Bonded — designated zones for goods pending customs clearance
- Drive-in and selective racking, plus bulk floor positions

You are billed for the pallet positions you actually occupy each period, not a padded block.
Short or long
Overnight cross-dock to multi-year storage — ramp up for Q4 and back down in January.
Handling, stated
Receiving and outbound handling quoted separately and clearly, so nothing is buried.
No surprise fees
If a charge was not in your quote, you will not see it on your invoice. Period.
Some freight should barely touch the floor.
When product is already committed to an outbound, it does not need a storage slot — it needs a fast, clean transfer. Our cross-dock lane takes inbound freight, re-sorts it for its next leg, and puts it back on a trailer the same shift. It is the quiet workhorse of the building, especially for clients consolidating in Miami before shipping south.
Our Laredo, Texas cross-dock does the same job for overland freight coming up from Mexico, so goods can be staged at the border and moved into the U.S. network without a long detour.
