No fixed pallet minimum. We bill for the positions you occupy and the handling you use. For very small volumes we will tell you honestly whether we are the right home for you or whether a smaller operation would serve you better.

Orders for in-stock items received before 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Anything after that goes out the next business morning. During peak season we will flag in advance if a date is at risk.

Yes. You get a real login to our warehouse management system with live quantities, bin locations, lot and expiry data, cycle-count history and low-stock flags — not a monthly PDF.

We have designated bonded zones, which are limited and governed by U.S. Customs requirements. Whether your goods qualify depends on their status; we will give you a straight answer before you commit.

Both, from the same building and the same inventory pool. You do not have to split your stock across two providers to serve retail accounts and your own online store.

We do not store or ship hazmat, firearms, live goods, or anything needing frozen cold-chain. If that is your product we will say so early and point you toward a better fit.

Yes — our dock and office run day to day in both Spanish and English. You choose the language and we work in it, on the phone and in writing.

For straightforward dry or ambient goods we have taken clients live within a week of agreeing on scope. Climate, bonded or EDI-integrated setups take a little longer. We will give you a realistic date, not an optimistic one.

Our headquarters is at 8420 NW 25th Street, Suite 140, Doral, FL 33122, about five miles from Miami International. We also operate a cross-dock in Laredo, Texas for overland freight from Mexico.
